REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Digital Product Nature

Turbo IELTS provides digital educational products delivered in the form of online video lessons, course materials, and downloadable academic resources. Access to these materials is granted immediately upon successful purchase, making them consumed digital goods.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in genuine circumstances such as duplicate transactions, accidental multiple payments, or verified technical issues that prevent course access and remain unresolved by our support team. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase along with relevant payment proof and issue details.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted where course materials have been substantially accessed, where dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, where the learner fails to complete the course, or where exam score outcomes do not meet expectations. Refunds are also not applicable in cases involving violation of platform terms, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of content.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within seven to fourteen business days using the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.


5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or unjustified disputes may result in temporary suspension of course access while the matter is reviewed. Turbo IELTS reserves the right to contest fraudulent disputes.


6. Policy Enforcement

Turbo IELTS reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse, excessive content consumption prior to request submission, or violations of intellectual property protections.
